Dear 4th year student:

You have four choices of rotations; Gyn Onc, MFM, OB, or GYN.  You may do a combination of one or more of these services.  Please indicate your choice of dates and service preference or preferences.  Rotations will be awarded on a first come basis, and spots tend to fill quickly. Please submit an updated CV with your request. You will be notified via email of confirmation of your rotation and or schedule.

Please note: we have, in the past, required all DO physicians to complete a rotating internship prior to matriculation as a first year resident, as per state of Florida license guidelines. However, there is provision for the DO to request an exemption to this requirement from the Florida Board. This option has been pursued and obtained by some physicians in the past. Should you wish to take this path, please let us know as soon as possible as this would affect the timing of your application process for residency.
